The host's attentive service and effort to overcome language barriers made us feel truly welcome, adding a personal touch to our stay. The charming junior suite, with its cozy atmosphere and breathtaking mountain views, provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The delicious natural food, prepared by the talented kitchen staff, including Kamilla & Katerina, was a delightful culinary experience that we won't soon forget. The ideal location near the lifts for skiing added convenience to our trip, allowing us easy access to the slopes. Hotel Fortetsya offers a warm ambiance, great service, and reasonable prices, making it a hidden gem for those seeking a tranquil retreat in the heart of Eastern Europe.
